Borislav Dimitrov is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Sofia Bar since 2005. Before joining Dimitrov Ivanov & Partners as the law firm’s co-founder, he worked for Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov, attorneys- and counsellors-at-law. Borislav Dimitrov was involved in a broad spectrum of legal work, focused on corporate and commercial law issues, M&A and litigation. Since the end of 2006 until 2009 he worked as senior legal counsel for Tsvetkova Bebov & Partners (Landwell) – the Bulgarian affiliated legal practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He further specialized in the field of competition law (concentrations, restrictive agreements, unfair competition practices, etc.), consumer protection law (safety of goods, labelling, advertising, etc.) and intellectual property.
Borislav Dimitrov holds a master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in international relations from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
